Any treatments booked via the website are subject to the following terms & conditions:

All treatments are subject to assessment by the practitioner and will depend on your suitability for the treatment.

All offers, gifts and discounts are subject to clinic availability as well as assessment by the practitioner.

Our doctors will photograph you pre and post-treatment for your clinical record. These images are kept private and are for record-keeping purposes only, in line with legislation.

The doctor may wish to share the before and after images through our media channels. If this happens, you will always be asked for consent prior. A Media Release consent form will be given to you in the clinic, which will detail the full agreement. You can decline this if you wish to.

Booking policy (For injectables treatments)

Consultation is £50. We reducing from the treatment price.

You need to bring a valid photo ID when attending your treatment session. The clients must be 18.

If you have or had in the past dermal filler injections. We enquiring to inform us. 

Please send your images before booking the treatment. If you will do booking without sending images, we have rights to cancel your appointment and your booking fee is non-refundable. 

If you have dermal filler migration in the past or now (and if you didn’t dissolve it) and if you didn’t inform us before booking your appointment, we have rights to cancel your appointment on appointments day with non-refundable booking fee.

If you have dissolved dermal fillers, we are advising to wait as long you can between 6 – 8 weeks just to let lips / Face to heal properly to avoid migration to the same place. 

Nurse Sandra is not taking any responsible for the product migration after dissolving dermal fillers. 

If you have or had cold sore, please inform us before arrival, if you will arrive on appointment day, we have right to cancel your appointment with non-refundable booking fee.  

If you have cold sore on regular basis, we advise to get medicine from GP PLEASE TAKE TABLETS BEFORE THE TREATMENT AND AFTER THE TRETAMENT.  

Please let us know if you have any health conditions before the treatment!

Inform us if you are prescribed for any medication or taking medication. 

We don’t advice to get treatments for patients who is:

• Feeding breast 
• Pregnant 
• Diabetic patients 
• After Covid Vaccine / booster (3-4 weeks before and after jab).
• If you been tested positive Covid before or booking day we are enquiring PCR test results. We will reschedule your appointment without losing the booking fee.
• If you have flu or you have temperature or any cold symptoms.
• If you have active acne (using retinol, any chemical peels, steroids in the two weeks prior to appointment).  
• If you had previous dermal fillers make sure that you send images before booking  appointment.
• If you do laser treatments in the two weeks prior to appointment.
• Same and for PMU.
• If you have done chemical peel less than two weeks.
• If you had surgery in the past 12 months.
• If you have been using antibiotics in past two weeks.

Any signs that you are high (using drugs) or drunk we have rights friendly to ask to leave clinic. The booking fee non-refundable and we have right to charge you half price of the treatment. 

If you had dermal fillers less then 6 months somewhere else in the past. It’s not good to mix with other products. It’s a risk to get complications or lumps.

If you don’t feel you need any treatments from Beauty fox studio the booking fee is non-refundable. We can offer a voucher in return which will be valid 12 months. You need to email  us on beautyfoxstudio@gmail.com two weeks before your scheduled treatment with your reasons for not going ahead with your treatment. 

If you are late by more then 10 min. Your appointment will be cancelled and booking fee will be non-refundable.

We are advising:
Don’t drink any alcohol and any energy drinks, or coffee before the treatment it can make bleed more as usually. Make sure you had food before the treatment for sugar levels. 

Please remember 
All injectables have side effects and risk (swollen, bruises, redness or bleeding during the treatment).

It’s not often but still is a risk to get follow symptoms swelling, bruising or feeling the product under the skin and risk of Infection. Also, is risk to get rare reactions to itching, cold sore, granuloma formations, redness, lumpiness or bumps etc. 

Expectation

Please have realistic expectations. 

Each clients have own anatomy structure of the Face/ Lips and results can be achieve individual, results can last individual too. For example, for one patient results can last till 12 months, for someone else one or two months. 

We can’t extremely change the shape of the lips, if they are tiny or very small. We are following anatomy and you will be advised how many treatments would you require to get final results. It’s not always possible to create the wanted look if your facial anatomy and genetic doesn’t allow us. Need to follow after care advices as well to pre long the results.

Some of patients has asymmetric lips/ Face side we are recommending after the treatments to visit Beauty fox Studio to review your results. 

Beauty fox studio does dermal fillers review after 14 days and no later. 

Anti-wrinkles injections 

The most common side effects of anti-wrinkle treatments are headache and injection reactions e.g. redness, swelling, irritation, rash, itching, numbness, pain, discomfort, stinging bruising and bleeding. 

Normally these reactions are mild to moderate, reversible and occur in the first week after the treatment. 

There is also small possibility of slight dropping of the eyelid or visuals problems.

If any symptoms last for more then week or you are concerned about any symptoms you should report to us as soon as possible.

Seek urgent medical help if you have difficulties breathing, swallowing, speaking or if your face is swell up. 

Beauty fox studio does anti- wrinkle treatments review after 14 days and no later.

• Beauty Fox Studio doesn’t give refunds on any treatments. 
• If you have booked for the treatment, you can’t change the treatment on appointment day. We are ordering exactly products for you. You will be charge for it. 

Cancelation Policy

Beauty fox studio has rights to cancel your appointment if we feel it’s necessary to do so. At this case we will provide a minimum 48 hours’ notice before your appointment date. 

We don’t except behaviour clients, or messages.

All offers are limited to one offer per person and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or product purchases.

Gift Vouchers

Gift Vouchers and non-refundable, cannot be exchanged for cash and will state how long they are valid for. Limited to one voucher per person. Gift Vouchers cannot be used for product purchases, or in conjunction with any other offers. Please bring your gift voucher with you to your appointment.

Complaints Policy

We take all our complaints seriously. Complaints should be made by e-mail to the manager of Beauty Fox Studio on info@beautyfoxstudio.co.uk. We aim to acknowledge complaints within 48 hours.

Changes to Legal Notice

We reserve the right, in sole discretion, to change the Terms and Conditions at any time by posting the changes on the Site. We may with or without prior notice, terminate any of the rights granted by these Terms and Conditions. You shall comply immediately with any termination or other notice, including, as applicable, by ceasing all use of the Site. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions will create an agency, partnership, or other forms of joint enterprise between us.
